Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  If you have dental insurance we are happy to file with your carrier as a courtesy to you, however we are NOT a PPO or in network for any insurance carrier It’s our policy to collect 50% up front at the time of service if we are submitting to your insurance.  Balance is due on receipt after insurance has paid.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 406-755-3636.  Please remember many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstanding.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We send out monthly statements, if balance is not paid within 30 days of receipt your account will be charged 18% interest. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks of receipt of claim, we will not bill you during this waiting period.
